Fall Favorites

Now that it is officially November, and winter is just around the corner, I thought it would be fitting to share my top favorites from this autumn. These include anything from my favorite moisturizer to my go-to cozy fall meal. Here, I have curated a varying, unique list of my most used products, recipes, and accessories from September to November!

By far my most used product was the Capri Blue Pumpkin Clove Candle from Anthropologie. If you are subscribed to my Youtube Channel, Gabrielle Miller, (which you totally should be) you would have seen how much I used this candle. The cozy, autumnal fragrance it gives off is unmatched. No fall candle will compare to this one. Instantly, when I step into my room the aroma of fresh-baked pumpkin bread and spice fills my nose. Blissful. 

Nothing is better than a warm cup of soup on a chilly, crisp fall day. Throughout this fall, I became obsessed with having this exact meal for lunch on the weekends. The soup I like is a delicious curry pumpkin bisque from Whole Foods with a piece of fresh jalapeño cornbread. To top it off, I normally put a sprig of rosemary or some sweet-spicy pecans. The combination is the perfect autumnal meal.

Of course, with the seasons changing and the air becoming dryer, a luxurious moisturizer is crucial. After trying many different ones, I finally found my tied and true moisturizer: the Tatcha Water Cream. Not only does it smell divine, it feels as if you are giving your face a cold splash of water. It is refreshing and soothing to your skin for those crisp autumn mornings.

If you know me well, you know that I love a good cup of Joe. Nothing compares to a fresh, steaming cup of hot black coffee on a cool fall morning. With that being said, when I came across this sweater from Nordstrom I knew it had to be part of my autumn wardrobe (unfortunately it is sold out). The sweater is a gorgeous rich coffee brown, with the cutest graphic of a coffee cup on the front. It is by the brand Lou and Grey, and it is a lovely thick knit sweater with a hint of a mock neck. Definitely a staple for me this fall.

Along with the theme of my fall wardrobe, this adorable braided headband has been a favorite of mine. Coming in various colors, this headband is perfect to pair with all of your autumnal toned outfits. I got mine in a gorgeous grey-olive green color. I love the way it contrasts with my blonde hair. This headband adds the perfect finishing touch to any outfit.

This would not be a proper fall favorites list without a good pumpkin dessert. For me, it was Van Leeuwen's Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream. Not only is the packaging cute, the ice cream is amazing. It has such a delicious pumpkin flavor, perfect for a fall night. I love pairing this with a cup of decaf coffee, and watching Vampire Diaries or Giada to wind down at night.

Lastly, to end off my list, I will present a product very fitting to the current situation our world is facing. I absolutely love the brand Meyer's and have used their hand soaps for years. This fall I tried the acorn spice soap and fell in love. It left my hands smelling like crisp leaves and clove and made me look forward to washing my hands. I am excited to use their other seasonal scents during the holiday time!
